Update on HSI's Bhutan Street Dog Campaign

As I mentioned in a previous post, Humane Society International (who I still work for as a freelancer) has embarked on a project to spay/neuter and vaccinate 70% of the street dogs in Bhutan. Seventy percent is the percentage needed to stabilize the population. The Bhutanese will follow up with the rest of the dogs.
